Founded by Alice Lin Glover (Taiwanese American) and Marie Kouadio (French-Ivorian). We met over a decade ago, bonding over spreadsheets of skincare and one too many overweight suitcases from Seoul. Our friendship stayed constant, and so did a question: why should you have to choose between skincare that works and skincare that feels authentically you?

EADEM was born from that belief. We created a brand for everyone who refuses to be put in a box. Who wants powerful results without compromising their identity.Because you shouldn't have to choose between effective and authentic. You deserve both.

EADEM means "the same" in Latin—because despite all our beautiful differences, we share the same desire: to feel confident in our own skin.

I grew up in Paris, excited to see a foundation launch with a face like mine. But at the counter I was told my shade wasn’t carried. That moment showed me how often people like me were overlooked. EADEM was born to change that—to create skincare that puts everyone at the center.

As a second-generation Taiwanese American with admittedly ‘bad skin,’ I grew up caught between my family’s rituals and America’s narrow ideals of beauty. EADEM is the brand I wish I had then—clinical and science-backed, yet made with a sense of belonging.
