WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
At this time, we only ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as APO/FPO address. We are working on bringing our products to additional countries, tag us @eadem.co to help us prioritize!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Please allow us about 2 to 4 business days to process an order (oftentimes faster). Once your package ships you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as well as other delivery updates. Please make sure to check your spam folders for any emails from firstname.lastname@example.org.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to love your products! If you are not satisfied with your product, please email us within 14 days of purchase at email@example.com. We kindly ask that you carefully read our ingredient list and check what works for your skin before ordering. Please note that as a small business, we offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all products returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. Our shipping fees are non-refundable. Once a return is received and processed it can take 3-5 business days for your bank to fully refund you.
