Refund policy

We want you to love your products! If you are not satisfied with your product, please email us within 14 days of purchase at hello@eadem.co. We kindly ask that you carefully read our ingredient list and check what works for your skin before ordering. Please note that as a small business, we offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all products returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. Our shipping fees are non-refundable. Once a return is received and processed it can take 3-5 business days for your bank to fully refund you.
