How does Smart Melanin™ Technology work for all skin tones?
Smart Melanin™ Technology is EADEM’s science-first approach to creating skincare that’s proven to work across all skin tones and even the most sensitive skin. Instead of relying on one-size-fits-all formulas, we carefully select active ingredients that have been clinically studied across a spectrum of complexions and formulate them at their most effective yet gentle concentrations.
For skin that tends to be more reactive, our precisely calibrated blends deliver visible results without irritation. For skin more prone to hyperpigmentation, we choose actives that brighten and even tone without triggering inflammation. Every formula is dermatologist tested on diverse skin tones and types to confirm universal efficacy and tolerability.
This rigorous, comprehensive process ensures our products address a wide range of concerns—from redness and sensitivity to dark spots and uneven tone—so every complexion can achieve results without compromise.
What does it mean for EADEM products to be designed for diverse skin tones and sensitive skin?
At EADEM, every formula starts with Smart Melanin™ Technology—our science-led approach to developing skincare that works across all skin tones and is gentle enough for sensitive skin. Instead of adapting generic, off-the-shelf formulas, we build each product from scratch with precision. That means carefully selecting high-performance ingredients that have been clinically studied on a wide range of skin tones, and formulating them at their most effective yet gentle dosage.
Our process is rooted in clinical validation. Every product undergoes dermatologist testing for irritation, sensitization, and allergic contact, and we conduct trials across diverse skin tones with a special focus on sensitive and reactive skin. Each formula is also rigorously tested for stability, so the actives remain potent and safe over time.
We adhere to the strictest US, EU, and Canadian safety regulations, ensuring our products are as safe as they are effective. The result is skincare that addresses concerns like hyperpigmentation and barrier health while respecting the skin’s natural balance—delivering visible results without irritation.
Are your products “clean” and/or do your products contain any parabens, sulfates, or other harmful ingredients?
At EADEM, skin health is non-negotiable. Our formulas are free from parabens, sulfates, and other known irritants, and are tested to meet the highest US, EU, and Canadian standards. Gentle enough for sensitive skin yet powerful enough to deliver results—you never have to choose between safety and efficacy.
What skin types are EADEM products suitable for?
Our products are developed with sensitive skin as the starting point, then tested to ensure they’re safe for all skin types. Each formula undergoes dermatologist testing for irritation, sensitization, and allergic contact, while maintaining efficacy, safety, and long-term stability.
Are your products safe to use when pregnant or nursing?
Yes we formulate our products with mother and baby in mind. Fun fact, both our founders were pregnant and/or nursing while Milk Marvel: Dark Spot Serum was being developed. There are no harsh or potentially dangerous chemicals, making them safe to use during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding. If you have any specific concerns please consult with your doctor.
Are your products vegan and cruelty free?
Yes! We’re committed to being vegan and cruelty free: this means we do not test on animals at any stage of product development, and we will only work with vendors who uphold the same standards.
Are your products non-comedogenic?
Yes! Our products are non-comedogenic (aka doesn’t clog your pores).
Where are your products made
Our products are made in an FDA-approved facility in the USA.
How should I store my products?
Our products are tested to ensure safety and stability for up to two years unopened or 12 months after opening. It would be best to make sure to store your product in a cool, dry place.

Where do you ship?
We ship to Canada and the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as APO/FPO address. We are working on bringing our products to additional countries, tag us @eadem.co to help us prioritize!
When will my order ship?
Please allow us about 2 to 4 business days to process an order (oftentimes faster). Once your package ships you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as well as other delivery updates. Please make sure to check your spam folders for any emails from @eadem.co.
What’s your return policy?
We want you to love your products! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 30 days at hello@eadem.co
. We kindly ask that you carefully review our ingredient list and consult what works best for your skin before ordering.
For products returned to us in their original, unopened, unused, and undamaged condition within 30 days of receipt, we offer a refund, exchange, or store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and orders containing five or more units of any individual product will be eligible for store credit only. Store credit will be issued at the original purchase price and does not expire. Once a return is received and processed, it can take 3–5 business days for your bank to issue a refund.
Because skincare is personal, we also offer a one-time “Happiness Guarantee” within 30 days of purchase. If you’ve tried a product and find it isn’t right for you, we’ll provide store credit for the original purchase amount. This guarantee is limited to one opened product per customer.

Once I place my order, can I change the delivery address?
If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@eadem.co with your order number and the correct address. If your order has already shipped please contact your shipping carrier first to change the address.
Where's my package?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information in order to easily track your package. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, please check your “spam” folder. Please make sure to check your spam folders for any emails from hello@eadem.co.
What if my package arrives damaged?
If your package was damaged during transit, please take a photo and save the damaged box/product and notify us immediately at hello@eadem.co. We will arrange for the pick up of the damaged items to inspect the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced. You can add insurance to the cart to prodect your order
Can I cancel my order?
If you’d like to cancel your order, please send us an email at hello@eadem.co and we’ll do our best to either cancel the order or, if it’s too late to cancel, help you get a refund on any product you don’t want to keep.
